Not much to say about this one. THS7314 amp on a SOP8 to DIP8 board. 3x 75 ohm resistors and a 0.1uF ceramic capacitor. Wiring is pretty easy to follow (except the black wire which just goes to the bottom of C110). You can only do this (particular method) on certain models - a quick google search will show you a list of which ones.
