Originally did this a long time ago with a battery and a switch so I could just walk around with it and switch it on at random. Eventually the battery died though and I decided to just make it light up when the console was switched on. However, as this isn't my main Goldeneye cartridge (I have 3 for some reason), it doesn't get used much and I decided to put the battery & switch back.

To make the holes for the eyes I heated up a nail and melted through the cartridge.
